Tim Baker was raised in Church Hill, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville before completing law school at Campbell University in Buise Creeek, NC. He practiced law in Pinehurst, North Carolina and then in Bristol, TN before joining Shelbourne Wallace at Wallace Oldsmobile. More than twenty-five years later, Tim Baker has witnessed great change in the car industry, but stresses that Wallace's commitment to the customer has been the lasting competitive advantage.
Ron Vance hails from Dickenson County, Virginia where he spent time in Clintwood, St. Paul, Castlewood, Clintwood, and Haysi. From there he attended Ervinton High School and went on to study business and electronics at Old Dominion's Southwest Virginia Community College in Lebanon, VA. While in Lebanon, Ron worked in General Motors assembly plant. Since then Ron has worked in automotive parts, service, and body shops, eventually making his way to Wallace Automotive 11 years ago where he began his career at Wallace as a Sales Consultant.
John Maiden grew up on Bradley Street in Bristol, VA. Apart from spending 13 years working in the shipping industry in Newport News and Hampton, VA, John has spent most of his career in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Wallace, John worked for the local Ramey and Friendship dealerships and has sold new Fords, Chevrolets, Buicks, Lincolns, Mercurys, etc. We consider John and his 25 plus years experience in the automotive industry invaluable to Wallace.
Randy Felts is from Southwest, Virgina and has called Abingdon home since 1978. Randy's background as a civil engineer helps Wallace to deliver excellent customer service through his attention to product detail.
Bob Maiden lives in Abingdon, VA and has been an asset toWallace for many years. Bob has spent most of his professional career in the automotive industry.
